省思
四旬期是一個關於生命的時期，因為基督藉著祂的苦難、死亡、以及復活，帶給了我們現有的新生命；
所以我們透過奉獻我們的苦難給耶穌基督，使我們以及整個世界得以被拯救。
祈禱
耶穌，我向祢奉獻我所有的克己苦難，使其能與祢的十字架相結合，讓我帶動生命的文化。
MY righteous servant will justify many and He will bear their iniquities.
—Isa 53:11
REFLECTION. Lent is a season of life. The Passion, death, and Resurrection of Christ have brought us the new life we now live.
We commit ourselves to join all our suffering to His for our own salvation and that of the whole world.
PRAYER. Jesus, I offer You all my sufferings, that they may be borne in union with Your Cross and may help bring about a Culture of Life starting in me.
