省思
選擇墮胎的人不是因為他有「選擇的自由」，而是他感覺從此會失去自由及選擇權；群山的壓力混亂襲向他們。
即使在充滿誘惑及罪惡當中掙扎，天主仍然時常給予我們方法，讓我們可以向邪惡說不，向天主的美好說是。
祈禱
天主，求祢祝福那些輔導他人去維護生命的人，使他們強而有力地，宣揚祢的恩寵。

GOD is faithful, and He will not allow you to be tried beyond your strength. But together with the trial He will also provide a way out and the strength to bear it.

REFLECTION. Those who have abortions do not have them because of “freedom of choice,” but rather because they feel they have no freedom and no choice. Mountains of pressure and confusion fall upon them.
Yet in the struggle against temptation and sin, God always provides the way to say no to evil and yes to good.
PRAYER. Lord, bless all those who counsel others against abortion. May they effectively announce the power of Your grace.
