省思
四旬期確實是準備的時候，讓我們準備與基督慶祝祂的完全勝利，因為祂以復活戰勝了死亡，透過入門聖事與我們分享祂的生命。死亡並不在天主原初的計劃之中。
確實，與基督在新生命中共行，就是要與所有毀滅生命的東西對抗。
祈禱
天主，在這四旬期內，求祢強化以及更新我與生命子民的契約。

REFLECTION
Lent is a season in which we prepare to celebrate Christ’s total victory over death and our share in His life by baptism. Death was not part of God’s original plan for us.
Standing with Christ in His new life means standing against whatever destroys life.
PRAYER
Lord, in this Lenten season, strengthen and renew our commitment to be the People of Life.
