願我們利用這「40天為生命祈禱」活動的時間，為所有涉及墮胎罪的人，懇求天主的憐憫和恩寵。
That we may use these 40 Days for Life to plead for God’s mercy and grace upon all those involved in the sin of abortion.

省思
耶穌表示，用這些非人性的語言，是有罪的。綜觀歷史，被壓迫的群體，例如奴隸、納粹大屠殺的受害者等，都是先被他人改別名開始的。現在我們同樣為這些尚未出生的兄弟姊妹改別名，稱呼他們為「寄生物」、「組織」、「醫療廢物」 等。
祈禱
主，求祢堅定我們，以言語啟發我們互相尊重及愛護，包括對待那些尚未出生的嬰兒。
Whoever addresses his brother in an insulting way will answer for it before the Sanhedrin, and whoever calls his brother a fool will be liable to the fires of Gehenna.

REFLECTION
Jesus says that using dehumanizing language is sinful.
Throughout history, groups that have been oppressed—like slaves and Holocaust victims—have first been called names. It also happens to the unborn, who have been called “parasites,” “tissue,” and “medical waste.”
PRAYER
Lord, may we affirm one another, including the unborn, with language that inspires respect and love.
