省思
有人說,胎兒實在太小,小得未能擁有人權。
但從信仰的角度來看,我們可以用聖體來類推;聖體確為基督的身體,難道我們要因為祂體積太小,因而拒絶去敬拜和欽崇祂嗎?
祈禱
主啊,幫助我們去認清,價值不在於體積大小。讓我們對聖體的崇敬,成為我們服務最弱小的人的力量 。

REFLECTION
Some people think that embryos are too small to be persons with rights.
But from the perspective of our faith, we can ask a similar question about the Eucharist. The smallest particle is the Body of Christ. Is the host too small to be worshiped and adored as our Lord and God?
PRAYER
Lord, help us to realize that value does not depend on size. May our Eucharistic faith lead us to serve the most vulnerable.
THE question “Where does one begin?” is easy to answer:
“We must begin with a commitment never to intentionally kill, or collude in the killing, of any innocent human life.”
